Do me a favor and sit and listen to this with a good cup of coffee.
In other news, what should I make for dinner this week? I have white beans, sausage, garbanzos, black beans, and tomatoes, as well as whole wheat pasta, couscous, and rice, so the obvious answer is chili, but is there something I’m missing? Let me know what else I can do with such things.
I’m also going to Trader Joe’s tomorrow. Party!! On my list: TJs coffee, steel cut oats, zucchini, mushrooms, apples, and TJs 99cent pizza crust. And TJs dark chocolate. 🙂
